Aims:
- To become the leading provider of free (or at cost) real-time stock market data in the UK.
- Ensure data is as accurate and timely as possible.
- To utilise modern technologies to deliver a feature rich, highly functional desktop / mobile based service.
- To provide simple access to share price data and research tools on ONE page per company via search or simple URL structures ie. http://www.shareprice.co.uk/VODfor vodafone.
- To develop rapidly and without fear of introducing beta ready components to a community of users who we expect feedback and suggestions from.
- To take our learnings and tested applications to continually enhance our core site http://www.iii.co.uk
- To respect our users whilst jointly recognising the commercial aspect a site such as this must adhere to in order to fund its existence.
- To never serve more than one sponsorship opportunity / banner on a page.
- To never serve pop-ups or pop-under banners / subsites.
- To work with a sponsor directly and/or agencies who recognise the niche audience and long visit time a site such as this will deliver for a brand.
Feedback initially via the comments feature below. We have lots in store and will be adding at least one major feature a week. Enjoy.

I was wrong about the time of latest price. For TLW it shows correctly until streaming is turned on, then it shows 1 hour regardless of the actual time of day.
The graph facility is not relevant to a streaming service. Far more useful to have a graph of the prices within the current day or week. Ideally show the actual price within a shaded band for the bid-ask spread.
brilliant service - good luck
Geoff
The table of trades - any chance you could highlight Buys vs Sells?
Looks great
Product looks great.
Love the new site - very well laid out and very clear
A few I’d like to see which would stop me using any other sites.
1. I assume the large number is the last trade although this is not clear - it would be nice to have the volume displayed of the last trade without having to refresh,.
2. An indication on whether a trade is a buy or sell
3. To refresh the trades listed at the bottom you have to press refresh. Fair enough but this turns streaming off.
4. The graph displayed - there should be an option to display that day’s activity either in terms of trade value or intraday price (similar to iii)
Great service.
Would be nice to be able to create a portfolio and see all prices on one screen.
Also would be nice to be able to reduce the font to make it a little more subtle.
I agree that buy-sell split would be useful or at least indicate what the trade type is on the list.
Also an intra day chart option would be nice.
thank to the creater, good job, only thing wanted to know is how can i watch more than one stock on same page without opening new tab.
gud luck friend,
